Injector Jess is such an amazing injector. I've had treatments such as toxin, fillers and laser treatments in the past with other providers and found her to be one of the best. I found out about Defined Medical Aesthetics when searching for UltraClear laser treatments. The reviews looked promising so I contacted them for a consultation. Dr. McKee was very knowledgeable about the procedure and his consultation was very thorough. All my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed. I was anxious about the procedure being too painful for me but Dr. McKee assured me that he had several things at his disposal to make me very comfortable. When I went got my procedure , I was greeted by Ashleigh who applied topical numbing cream and made me feel very welcome. Dr. McKee met with me again to review the procedure. He then provided some injections to help numb me further and provided a cooling fan as well as providingBreathable nitrous oxide to help relax me. To be honest I could not even tell when he started and had to ask him !(I am putting a lot of details in this review so that if you’ve never had a laser treatment you will know what to expect. I hope this is helpful and not an overload of information. )The procedure was a little uncomfortable briefly for some of the deeper treatment areas but overall it was very tolerable.Dr. McKee provided in office after care -cooling soaks, moisturizer and sunscreen as well as reviewing the aftercare I would continue at home. I did purchase the Plated exosome serum that is recommended and I think it helped my healing and recovery.To be honest , I was very uncomfortable the first 2-3 days after the treatment. My face was very red , swollen and felt tight and hot. The vinegar soaks really helped with that. I am approaching day 7 post treatment and my skin is still a little red and itchy but very much looking like myself again.The biggest improvement I see right now is more radiant , brighter skin with a very smooth texture. I can tell that some of my static wrinkles areSofter and there is a somewhat of an improvement to the appearance around my eyes . Discoloration from sun damage is not totally gone but it is very much improved and I don’t think my skin is done shedding yet. As a point of reference I am a 70 year old female.I think Dr. McKee is very skilled in his use of this laser and his patient care is exceptional. I am very happy that I decided to go with an actual doctor and not an aesthetician to have this done .

I highly recommend Dr. McKee for any of your aesthetic needs! I did a lot of research when I was planning to have nose filler/liquid rhinoplasty done. As an aesthetic provider myself, I’m well aware of not only the skill and precision, but the safety concerns involved in have this treatment done. Filler in the nose requires a very high level of anatomical knowledge and knowing Dr. McKee is constantly traveling the country to keep educating himself was a huge “selling” factor in choosing him as a provider. Obviously if you look through his Instagram you’ll see that his work speaks for itself, as well! In addition to his skill, he’s just a super cool and laid back person. I don’t perform nose filler myself, so I refer all my patients looking for this treatment to Dr. McKee and they’ve all been thrilled with him. Genetics have been good overall, but time always catches up eventually. In my journey for helping maintain healthy skin and facial features, it was important to get a number of consultations on a long-term plan based on my goals. I wanted to share my wonderful experience that I had with Dr. Daryl. I’ve been getting lip filler for over 11 years and have had them dissolved once by another provider over 6 years ago. I was extremely swollen, bruised, and it was an unpleasant experience. Now, I’ve recently noticed migration in my lips again (pictured). I was referred by my sister to have a consultation with Dr. Daryl and have them dissolved. When I arrived to my appointment, Dr. Daryl was very friendly and made everything comfortable along with educating me and answering all of my questions. We agreed to fully dissolve my lip filler (which I had very mild bruising and swelling which is expected) but was a much better experience than the last time. We also decided to do cheek filler to achieve the ‘contoured’ look which made my face look more lifted. I didn’t feel a thing and again, was made comfortable the entire time. I just went back after 2 weeks and had my lips refilled and am extremely satisfied. I was so insecure about my migrated lips and now I feel like a brand new person. He fixed my lip symmetry along with achieving the height and fullness that I wanted in my lips. I would recommend Dr. Daryl to anyone who is interested in any injectables.

Dr. McKee has been a pleasant surprise to work with since I found him on Instagram… I have never done any work on my face before and I was a bit scared. Retired RN here. I chose Dr. McKee for botox and first time fillers because he has surgical training and surgeons know the anatomy of the body; I wouldn't trust a non-physician to be my injector. Dr. McK explains his thinking with steps and plans in the event that there are anatomical roadblocks. He understood that I wasn't trying to look 40 again, but wanted some improvements. He achieved my expectations. He was honest about what could and couldn't be done due to my aged skin. He never pushes treatment. He is very concerned about his patients comfort; he is excellent at using topical & injectable methods to ensure comfort. I will continue to use his services and highly recommend him to others.
